OBJECTIVES Upon course completion, you should be able to • Explain and apply core HRM concepts and theories related to recruitment, talent acquisition, learning, development, performance management, compensation, and employee well-being. • Design and evaluate effective HRM interventions, including recruitment strategies, employee engagement initiatives, performance management systems, and compensation frameworks. • Analyze the use of technology and data analytics in HRM, with a focus on AI-driven practices and data-informed decision-making. • Analyze the basic elements of HRM research, including introduction, methods, results, and discussion (IMRD). • Develop analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate effective HRM competencies in real-world scenarios.
